Are You Registered to Vote?

You’re eligible to vote if you are:

A U.S. citizen
A Florida resident
At least 18 years old (you can pre-register at 16)
Not currently serving a felony sentence or under a court-ordered mental incapacity (unless rights have been restored)

Requests must be made no later than 5 p.m. on the 12th day before Election Day
You can return your completed mail ballot by mailing it or dropping it off during early voting
Ballots must be received (not postmarked) by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day
