Are You Registered to Vote?

You’re eligible to vote if you are:

  • A U.S. citizen

  • A Florida resident

  • At least 18 years old (you can pre-register at 16)

  • Not currently serving a felony sentence or under a court-ordered mental incapacity (unless rights have been restored)

 

Vote by Mail

 

Request a vote-by-mail ballot:

  • Requests must be made no later than 5 p.m. on the 12th day before Election Day

  • You can return your completed mail ballot by mailing it or dropping it off during early voting

  • Ballots must be received (not postmarked) by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day

Early voting typically begins 10–15 days before Election Day and ends 3 days before. Hours are generally 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

On Election Day, you must vote at your designated polling location.
